Aanand L Rai and Dhanush, having now forged a unique equation, would reunite almost 9 years later for Atrangi Re, which also starred Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar. According to a report carried out by Pinkvilla, the latest buzz is that the two have met multiple times to discuss their next collaboration and have even confirmed the same by 'signing on the dotted line'. A source close to this development describes the film as a love story with elements of action, but one awaits the official update to draw more information about the project.

The same report also states that should things fall in place soon enough, director Aanand L. Rai plans on going for shoot early next year.
