Bytwo Love is based on my observations of today’s relationships: Hari Santhosh

Bytwo Love, starring Dhanveerrah and Sreeleela in the lead, is an exciting romantic comedy that is fast approaching its release date. A highly anticipated movie in the Kannada industry, the director of Bytwo Love has now opened up about the movie. 

In an interview with Times of India, director Hari Santhosh says the movie is about relationships of today. “Today, people have become impatient when it comes to relationships. In fact, I am single and when I speak to my married friends, most tell me that I am better off alone’.

The director added that though he thought companionship in marriage was good when he saw relationships of the previous generations, people do not have that patience to see things through and that the story of the movie is what he has seen and observed around him. 

Santhosh also explained that the idea behind the title is that both the hero and heroine share equal responsibility in the love story and that after a certain point both of them start feeling all emotions together. He added that this is the core idea of the story and the colloquial term ‘by two’ best suggested this point. 

Helmed by Hari Santhosh, who previously directed the 2012 action movie Alemari, the movie is produced by Nisha Venkat Konanki for KVN Productions. With music from B.Ajaneesh Loknath and Mahen Simha as the director of photography, Bytwo Love is edited by KM Prakash. 

Bytwo Love is only Dhanveerrah’s second movie, after the 2019 movie Bazaar directed by Simple Suni. Sreeleela was last seen in the Kannada movies Kiss and Bharaate.
