BTS' V reigns as Instagram King, outshining Cristiano Ronaldo and Zendaya

When one talks about BTS, it's widely acknowledged that they are the reigning champions of the K-pop world and boy bands in general. The seven members, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, have not only conquered the music scene but have also made a significant impact on social media. While the youngest member, Jeon Jungkook, is no longer active on Instagram, the remaining members continue to dominate.

Their stardom and influence have transcended the boundaries of music, as demonstrated by HypeAuditor's latest research. This analysis revealed that five BTS members and two from BLACKPINK have secured coveted positions in Instagram's Elite Likes Top 10. The remaining three spots were occupied by Cristiano Ronaldo, Taylor Swift, and Zendaya.

These ten Instagram accounts consistently garner over five million likes on average for their posts. Kim Taehyung from BTS claims the top spot, with an average of 9.2 million likes and a following of 61.8 million. Kim Seokjin, another BTS member, ranks second with an identical average likes count as V but boasts 49.9 million followers.

HypeAuditor, renowned for providing an extensive suite of tools and reports for in-depth influencer analysis on Instagram, has traditionally focused on influencers with massive follower counts. However, this time, they took a different approach by identifying the Instagram elite based on the highest average likes received per post.
