BTS' Kim Taehyung, also known as V, delighted fans with his long-anticipated solo fan meeting "Vicnic" at the Peace Open-Air Theater, located on Kyung Hee University's global campus, one of South Korea's prestigious institutions. While the fortunate ARMY attendees shared videos of the event, featuring heartwarming renditions of V's songs from his new solo album "Layover," the surprise appearance of BTS singer Park Jimin added an extra layer of excitement to the day.

The two bandmates enjoyed a game of ping pong, even sharing the table with Bart Simpson at one point. Jimin also took on the "Sorry, I'm cute" challenge during their time together on stage. The sight of these "soulmates" engaging in playful activities sent ARMY into a frenzy, with fans enthusiastically chanting 'Vimin,' their beloved ship name for this dynamic duo.

Apart from that, V also showcased his dancing skills as he again performed to girl group NewJeans' hit song 'Hybe Boy'. Jimin, who was sitting on a chair was also seen dancing to the same.

About the fan meeting:

Taehyung thrilled his fans with captivating renditions of "Slow Dancing" and "For Us," both tracks from his debut album "Layover." This special event, scheduled for October 14, brought together 1,400 lucky attendees who had the opportunity to secure their spots through an album purchase and a subsequent raffle.

V made it a point to guide the audience towards a unique concert experience. He encouraged them to sing along with him rather than traditionally chanting his name. Moreover, he highlighted his passion for musical engagement by sharing videos of fans harmonizing with artists during live performances, signalling his desire for a more harmonious connection with the audience.
