BTS' Jin to sing main OST for Lee Min-ho and Gong Hyo-jin's When the Stars Gossip after Hwarang's It's Definitely You - Report

BTS' Jin has been delighting and surprising his ARMYs since he came out of his military service. He recently released his first-ever solo album, Happy, which received a lot of love from fans worldwide. The latest report suggests that BTS' eldest member and silver vocalist is set to sing the OST of a much-awaited K-drama. 

BTS' Jin to sing the OST for a space romance K-drama

As per the Sports Chosun report, Jin is all set to sing the OST for Lee Min-ho and Gong Hyo-jin's space romance, When the Stars Gossip. The K-drama will also feature Oh Jung-se, and Han Ji-hun, among others. The show will air on January 4, 2025. On the other hand, the OST is expected to drop after the drama's release.

Jin's other solo OST

The upcoming title track of When the Stars Gossip will mark the second solo OST of Jin’s career and his third overall. In 2021, he recorded the OST Yours for the tvN K-drama Jirisan, which starred Jun Ji-hyun and Joo Ji-hoon. In 2016, Jin collaborated with his BTS fellow member, Kim Taehyung, aka V, for the OST It’s Definitely You of Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth. In the series, V played the role of Seok Han-sung, marking his debut K-drama.

Jin's first solo album, Happy made a remarkable debut on the Billboard 200 chart. On November 24, Billboard announced that Jin’s album Happy debuted at No. 4 on the Top 200 Albums chart. The ranking is done based on the most popular albums of the week in the US
