Ever since BTS' J-Hope aka Jung Hoseok's military discharge date was close, news of him collaborating with Seokjin on Run Jin has been making headlines. However, before we see the duo in the fun-based reality show, they gave us a documentary collab. More interestingly, this documentary is about Jin trying to catch his Tuna (or should we say 'super chamchi'). The first part of this documentary is out, almost a week before the Run Jin episode with 2Seok.
Jin even recorded a documentary and released it in the midst of his debut album Happy's promotions. The documentary was about him going fishing in the US but being miserable after having a bad day. His aim was to catch a Tuna, and J-Hope made commentary on every move his hyung from the K-Pop boy band made.
Jin released Super Tuna extended version before his album. There was a scene from the video which went viral (even when the whole video left ARMY delighted). The scene was also discussed during Jin's interaction with Jimmy Fallon. Yes, we're talking about Jin going down on his knees and opening a box with a hook for an animated Super Tuna. Back then, J-Hope had commented that Jin is in a serious relationship with Tuna. This time around, Jin simply laughed it out when the scene was mentioned. Of course, in its very literal sense, Jin was pleading with the Tuna to be his food for the day after taking the bait and being attached to the hook.
More recently, Jin had hinted that he has succeeded in kidnapping J-Hope for Run Jin. The reality TV show was on hold for almost a month, since Jin and J-Hope were both caught up with their commitments. Now that it is back, Run Jin is likely to be back with 2Seok.
Jin released his first ever music album and named it Happy. The eldest BTS member called it his letter to ARMY. Jin worked on the songs of the album during his time in the military. While Running Wild and I'll Be There are his love letters to ARMY, Another Level is about his love for games. Falling is a song that he believes would relate to every introvert who wishes to but is unable to express their feelings to their special someone. Jin has been breaking records with his album across the globe, particularly in Japan and US.
