One thing is for sure - whether they are performing on stage, locked in their studios making music, or now enlisted in the South Korean military, serving their country, the members of the global phenomenon BTS - Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, Jeon Jung-kook - are never out of trend.
While enlisted in the military, the global stars are still releasing music through their agency BigHit Music while also making sure to check in on the fandom regularly, ensuring to share their experiences and update fans on how they are doing.
Now, with their fandom ARMY missing the boys a little too much, a new trend has emerged on social media. Fans of these seven men - RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook - have been posting photos of them, this time in turtlenecks, on X (formerly known as Twitter), raising the bar for men's fashion.
Where are the BTS members?
On December 12, Jungkook and Jimin began their mandatory military service, joining their fellow members. A day earlier than that, RM and V had also commenced their service. Currently, all seven members are fulfilling their duties, and fans are eagerly awaiting their group comeback, scheduled for 2025.
Below are the expected return dates for each BTS member:
Jin: enlisted in December 2022, expected to return in June 2024
J-Hope: enlisted in April 2023, expected to return in September 2024
Suga: enlisted in September 2023, expected to return in June 2025
RM: enlisted on December 11, 2023, expected to return in June 2025
V: enlisted on December 11, 2023, expected to return in June 2025
Jimin: enlisted on December 12, 2023, expected to return in June 2025
Jungkook: enlisted on December 12, 2023, expected to return in June 2025
Recently, J-Hope released his album 'Hope On the Street, Vol. 1,' while V's song 'FRI(END)S' broke the charts, trending worldwide. SUGA's concert film, 'Agust D Tour D-Day - The Movie,' secured a phenomenal second place on the U.S. Box Office charts.
