According to the study, the research analyzed over 100 songs, assessing the frequency of searches for each during exercise sessions. Let's look at the top songs and their beats per minute (BPM).

With over 330K searches, this song by Taylor Swift claims the top spot. As the most sought-after track for workouts, it's suitable for mostly warm-up and cool-down exercises. It has become a staple in fitness enthusiasts' playlists having the lowest BPM.
