BRO is Pawan Kalyan's latest film which was released with a huge buzz at the box office. The fantasy drama was directed by Samuthirakani and is the official remake of the Tamil hit Vinodhaya Sitham. Sai Dharam Tej played the main lead in this film which also had Priya Prakash Varrier and Ketika Sharma in key roles.

Thaman scored the music and Trivikram penned the dialogues and screenplay for this film. BRO was made on a moderate budget but the theatrical rights of the film were sold at Rs 90 crores. So, the film had to make big money at the box office. BRO was released on July 28th with decent word of mouth and made solid collections in its first week.

But once the film completed ten days of its release, it slowed down suddenly and ended its theatrical run at Rs 75 crores. This means that the distributors still ended up in losses close to Rs 15 crores. The makers are happy as they struck a massive deal for the OTT rights of the film.

The streaming giant, Netflix bagged the digital rights for a massive price, and now, the news is that BRO will start streaming from August 25, 2023, onwards. There is a great deal of excitement as all those who missed the film on the big screen can now watch BRO in the comfort of their homes. Netflix has planned special interviews with the star cast of the film for the digital screening.
