The seasoned actress Sridevi dominated Hindi film for almost two decades and was a superstar in her era. The actress gave us the iconic characters from her film including 'Chaalbaaz', 'Chandni', 'Lamhe', 'Mr India', 'Nagina', 'English Vinglish', 'Mom', among many more. Besides Hindi, the veteran actress also acted in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada films.
Sridevi married filmmaker Boney Kapoor in 1996 and shared two children with him named Janhvi and Khushi. On February 24, 2018, the legendary actress Sridevi passed away and the entire country was shocked by her untimely death.

Recently, in an interview with The New Indian, Boney Kapoor stated that it was not a natural death, it was an accidental death. "I had decided not to speak about it because I spoke about it for almost 24 or 48 hours together when I was being investigated and interrogated. In fact, the officers said we had to go through this because there was a lot of pressure from Indian media. And they discovered there was no foul play," he added.
The filmmaker also revealed that he went through every test, including a lie detector test, and everything else. The report that followed then revealed that it was an accident.
Boney Kapoor's work front
As for the work front, Boney Kapoor recently appeared in Luv Ranjan's romantic comedy movie 'Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar.' He was seen playing Ranbir Kapoor's father in the film. The film also starred Shraddha Kapoor, and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles.
As a filmmaker, his upcoming project is the sports biography film 'Maidaan,' starring Ajay Devgn. Priyamani, Gajraj Rao, and Bengali actor Rudranil Ghosh also star in the movie.
