Bommai trailer: This love story has SJ Suryah falling for a mannequin!

The trailer of SJ Suryah and Priya Bhavani Shankar's upcoming film Bommai is finally here! The trailer was launched by Thalapathy 68 director Venkat Prabhu.

It is to be noted that SJ Suryah played a crucial part in Venkat Prabhu's film, Maanaadu, in which he shared screen space with Silambarasan TR.

Going by the trailer, it looks like SJ Suryah falls in love with a mannequin at his workplace, which happens to be a clothes retail outlet. He is so fascinated by the mannequin that he names her Nandhini and can't see anyone touching it. He also gets into a fight with those who try to. Even as he lives in his own fantasy world, things get complicated in his real life as he promises the mannequin that they will never separate from each other.

SJ Suryah and Priya Bhavani Shankar's long-delayed Bommai is finally gearing up for release on June 16. The film is directed by Radhamohan, who had earlier helmed family dramas like Mozhi, Abhiyum Naanum and Kaatrin Mozhi.

 Music for the film is by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography by Richard M Nathan and lyrics are by Madhan Karky.

With just a few days to go for the release of the film, SJ Suryah has joined Instagram. He also warned his fans to be cautious about fake profiles. He wrote on his social media handle last evening, "I am starting my Insta journey with #BOMMAI release promotions….. pls don’t encourage fake id’s THIS IS MY OFFICIAL INSTA ID thank you all (sic)."
