Bobby Deol's portrayal of Abrar in Sandeep Vanga's Animal appears to have had a lasting impression on both critics and fans. The song that is playing at his entrance shot is the main topic of conversation, even more so than his outstanding performance.
In the movie, a choir is performing the song in honor of Deol's character Abrar's third marriage. Additionally, the actor's viral dance routine with a drink on his head has gone viral.
The full video of Bobby's character Abrar's portrayal in the Jamal Kudu song has finally been released by Animal's makers, who had previously teased the audio version.
The music video has garnered over 4 million views in just 6 hours. For the uninitiated, the song is reportedly a remake of the Iranian song Jamaal Jamaaloo. Traditional Iranian Bandari music is reworked by Harshvardhan Rameshwar. The children's choir consists of Sounik, Harshita, Keerthana, and Vagdevi, and the female choir consists of Meghanaa Naidu, Sabiha, Aishwarya Dasari, and Abhikhya.
Earlier, while talking about his character's showcase in the scene after the song, Bobby Deol addressed about marital rape. He told The Quint, "I’m not trying to promote anything. Yes, it was required. How do you showcase a character in such a short span—show what this man is capable of and what kind of person he is? All these scenes were required."
