Disney+ Hotstar has released the trailer for Bloody Ishq, a horror film with twisted plot twists and a disturbing level of gore. It shows how love will be able to keep one united and strong in the face of overwhelming worries and bad spirits when they attempt to control all their emotions. Bloody Ishq trailer synopsis
In the trailer, we see that after suffering a devastating loss of memory in an accident, Neha (Gor) seeks solace on a remote Scottish island. The fact that her husband is keeping a terrifying secret from her makes their home a place of deceit.

It was exciting and difficult to land this role, but she really loves horror films. Her roles in 1920's Horrors of the Heart and Mansion 24 pale in comparison to this one. Even though he thoroughly enjoys creating horror films for the audience, Vikram Bhatt admitted that he is afraid to watch them himself. The filmmaker had a long-standing desire to create a horror love story, and when he mentioned the idea to Mahesh Bhatt, he enthusiastically agreed to be a part of it, and Bloody Ishq was born. Vikram aimed to incorporate some horror film tropes—a gloomy setting, spectres, and spirits—into his story while still giving it his own unique spin and creating a new blend of romance, suspense, and terror. Avika Gor is a phenomenal actor; after 1920: Horrors of the Heart, he knew he had to cast her in Bloody Ishq, and she absolutely killed it.
