Streaming platform Disney+Hotstar is all set to bring another thriller K-drama after The Impossible Heir and Wonderful World. The recent addition is Blood Free, which will premiere on April 10. Followed by the rivalries and business competition, BF’s CEO starts getting death threats, and she hires a former military officer as her bodyguard.

The series revolves around a biotechnology company, BF, that takes over the world with its advanced cultured meat. The new generation of lab-grown meat soon grips a large share in the market, leading to increased business rivalries. After an unfortunate event, BF’s CEO (Han Hyo-joo) faces the wrath of the public, which later forces her to hire a highly trained bodyguard. What follows the narrative is the power struggle and technology disaster that revolve around the central characters.
