Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan is a fan of Mahatma Gandhi. And he strongly believes that non-violence is the ultimate mark of bravery. So naturally, he has zero tolerance for violence both in society and on television. Kamal, the host of Bigg Boss Tamil season 7, has pulled up Vijay Varma for using provocative language and issuing violent threats in the house.
For the uninitiated, Vijay a dancer by profession threatened to get violent and break the jaw of housemates who physically pushed him around. He claimed that he would use his elbow to retaliate against anyone who violates his physical space. The nature of Vijay's language was hyper-tense. He even claimed that those who hurt him in the house would have the face the wrath of his friends when they went outside.
Vijay's threats caused quite a stir among the housemates as they created an atmosphere of fear and tension.
Kamal Haasan hits out at Vijay
The latest promo for Sunday's episode showed Kamal strongly reprimanding Vijay for his actions and words. And he even showed him a yellow card with a 'Strike 1' return on it. Kamal warned Vijay that if he repeats such behaviour again, he will be given 'Strike 2.' And if he fails to make amends and continues to show such behaviour, it will evoke 'Strike 3'. After that Kamal noted Vijay would be removed from the house without any elimination process.
It's noteworthy that it's only the second time that Kamal has used such a sports jargon to warn contests against using violent methods in the house. Earlier, Mahat Raghavendra in season two faced a similar action by Kamal for his violent behaviour with his fellow housemates.
