Bigg Boss OTT: Neha Bhasin is first confirmed contestant of Karan Johar hosted reality show

Ahead of the Bigg Boss OTT premiere, Voot has unveiled the first contestant. Yes, it's none other than singer Neha Bhasin. The streaming platform took to their Instagram page and shared a glimpse of the singer and asked the followers to guess who she is. Only Neha's name has been confirmed by Voot while the name of other celebrity participants is kept under wraps by the makers.

While announcing Neha as the first contestant, the post was captioned as "CONTESTANT REVEALED! In aankhon ke peeche kaun hai pata lagana ha? Toh jao Voot par. Tumhare saare sawalon ka jawab wahi hai. Bigg Boss OTT aa raha hai on 8th Aug only on Voot."

A new promo featuring Neha has also made it to the Internet and it seems like the singer is all set to be a part of the controversial reality show. 

This is not Neha's first stint on a reality show as she has earlier participated in the dance-based show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 5.

Neha started her singing career by being a part of India's first all-girls band Viva in the early 2000s. A few years later she got a break in Bollywood by playback singing Kuch Khaas Hai song from Fashion.

Since then, there was no turning back for Bhasin. She has sung several popular songs including Swag Se Swagat, Asalaam-e-Ishqum, Heeriye and Jag Ghoomeya among many others.

Meanwhile, talking about Bigg Boss OTT, the reality show will be hosted by Karan Johar for six weeks. Soon after that, the show will make its way to TV and Salman Khan will be taking over as the host.

The show will stream on Voot from August 8, 2021, and a lot of posts regarding the sets, KJo's look and sneak-peek into what's in store for fans are being revealed daily.
