Bigg Boss OTT 2 evicted contestant Aaliya Siddiqui calls Salman Khan ‘biased’ for bringing up Nawazuddin: Wahaan star ne star ko support kiya hai

Aaliya Siddiqui, who is out of Bigg Boss OTT 2, during mid-week evictions, has a lot to talk about host Salman Khan and her ex-husband Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Aaliya spoke about her wedding and kids on the show. During the Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman told her that nobody is interested in her love life, which Aaliya feels was the host being biased since her ex-husband has been Salman’s co-star of two films.

The recently eliminated contestant appeared to be upset with Salman Khan's remarks during Weekend Ka Vaar. The host had advised Aaliya against discussing her marital issues on the show and encouraged her to create her own narrative.

She expressed that she had only spoken about her personal life a couple of times because other participants were curious to learn more about her. Aaliya, who noticed Salman's previous collaborations with her estranged husband Nawazuddin Siddiqui in films like Kick and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, felt that the Bollywood star took her husband's side.

“Salman ji was clearly biased when he made those statements. He supported one star over another, which demonstrates how power can be used against others. I'm not afraid to say this because I know I wasn't in the wrong,” Aaliya told Indian Express.

She also pointed out how Falaq Naaz spoke about her brother Sheezan Khan and Pooja Bhatt talking about her family, among many other things. “Everyone on the show talks about their past and their lives. Pooja ji has shared her experiences, Falaq Naaz discussed her brother's time in jail. There's only so much one can talk about. I had formed a bond with Abhishek Malhan, and he wanted to know more about me. I never spoke ill of anyone,” she added.

Aaliya sees a winner in Abhishek. She calls him a darling person, who has the courage to stand up for the right things. Interestingly, Bigg Boss seems to have resonated with the emotion, since he personally spoke to Abhishek about his punishment (of direct nomination for eviction). Meanwhile, Aaliya was in the bottom two with Jiya Shankar. After a vote appeal from the housemates, Jiya was declared safe and Aaliya left the house.
