Ratheesh received harsh criticism from every other contestant on day five of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 6 during the jail nomination task. He was charged with speaking harshly to women and using double standards. But when Ansiba disclosed that Ratheesh had earlier referred to Suresh as "a gay," things took a bad turn.
The remaining contestants questioned Ratheesh's statement as Suresh continued to verbally abuse him, but Bigg Boss stepped in and asked them to all carry on with the task. He also told the participants that they did not need to talk about this matter anymore because he would decide what to do next.
Jaanmoni, meanwhile, persisted in asserting that this is an insult to the community to which she belongs and which she represents in this house. Ratheesh was selected by the majority of participants to go to jail this week, and Jinto also garnered some votes.
Ratheesh, however, decided to stand up for himself in the middle of all of this chaos and insisted that he thought Suresh was "a gay as the latter kept following the former." Additionally, in spite of requests from a few of the contestants, he declined to offer an apology to Suresh regarding this matter.
Bigg Boss harshly stated that the singer cannot decide whether to enter or exit the house, despite Ratheesh's repeated requests for him to be taken out.
What is the issue between Ratheesh and Suresh?
The day following Ratheesh's accusation that Jaanmoni had touched him against his will, Suresh levelled the same charge against the singer. Ratheesh, however, denied his accusations, claiming that Suresh was like his elder brother. According to Ansiba’s statement during the jail nomination task, Ratheesh told her that “Suresh seems to be a gay”.

On the same day, Suresh and a few other competitors played a prank in which they claimed the actor misplaced the gold ring his wife had given him. Via a screen in the home's living room, host Mohanlal also made a surprise appearance as CID Ramdas, a loved character from the film Patanapravesham. The most recent preview features Ratheesh and Jinto hidden behind bars in the house dressed like jail inmates.
