Mohanlal criticised the contestants on the fifth episode of Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 6 for several incidents that occurred in the house the previous week. The actor primarily called out Jasmine Jaffer and Jinto Bodycraft for their lack of comprehension regarding the house rules and regulations.
He played a video clip of Jasmine sneezing into a cup of tea while serving it, claiming that no one else had noticed it yet, in between all the accusations made against them. The other competitors are shocked and disgusted by this. Shortly after the video was played, Mohanlal talked about the value of maintaining a clean home and good personal hygiene. Jasmine did not say anything about it, though. Additionally, the actor said that thousands of people watch the show every day and that the participants should behave appropriately.
The Malayalam superstar is also seen questioning Jasmine about disobeying the house rule of wearing the microphone throughout the day, more than once. She offered the justification that she frequently forgets but has not committed this error frequently. The YouTuber can be heard sobbing quietly after the actor plays another video that shows Jasmine repeatedly breaking this rule.
BBMS6 – Jinto gets warning from Mohanlal
Mohanlal also warned Jinto Bodycraft for disobeying the household's instruction to avoid sleeping during the day. Another video that showed the bodybuilder dozing off at various occasions in the house was played. The host added that this week's luxury budget will be reduced by points as a form of punishment.

At the beginning of the show, Mohanlal asked the contestants if they were concerned about Sijo John, who was taken out of the house due to a medical emergency. The popular reality show's host called Sijo up to the stage and asked him to share with the other contestants what had happened to him. The YouTuber shared that Asi Rocky struck him in the face, necessitating surgery. When they learned about his condition, most of the participants started to weep.
