Bigg Boss Malayalam season 5: Here is the full list of contestants on the Mohanlal-hosted show

Bigg Boss Malayalam is back with another fiery season that promises a lot of chaotic entertainment for fans. Mohanlal took on the reins of host yet again, and welcomed a new array of contestants from all walks of life. This season stands apart from its predecessors in that it is the first to feature a member from the general public, whom Mohanlal dubbed as a representative of the common man. Here are the full list of the 18 colourful contestants who are all set to win hearts this season.

Sree Devi

The social media influencer and content creator never shies away from voicing her opinion on the big things, including subjects like feminism.

Maneesha

This actress is perhaps best known among viewers for her role in the popular sitcom, Thatteem Mutteem. She essayed the role of the recurring character Vasavadattha on the show.

Aniyan Midhun

A popular Wushu player, Aniyan Midhun was one of the first Keralites to be a part of the Indian Wushu team. He is also skilled in karate and kick boxing. 

Sagar Surya

Sagar is an actor who debuted on the silver screen in Thatteem Mutteem. He has also been a part of films such as Upacharapoorvam Gunda Jayan and Kuruthi.

Junaiz VP

The content creator has made quite a fan following with his short humorous videos he posts on social media.

Sruthi Lakshmi

The actress has made her mark on the small screen and has also been a part of big screen releases as well. Sruthi Lakshmi has has important roles in shows like Nizhalukal and Pokkuveyil. She has also starred in films like Romeo and College Kumaran.

Anjuz Rosh

The video jockey is also an actress and has appeared on web shows as well as reality shows.

Nadira Mehrin

Trans woman and activist Nadira Mehrin made headlines as the first trans woman in the state to enrol for a second PG course. The Thirivananthauram native also led a panel of candidates for a university election in the state.

Sobha Viswanath

The businesswoman and fashion designer. Also an activist, Sobha made headlines when she was Kerala's First Pinkathon Ambassador.

Cerena Ann Johnson

Cerena holds the tile of Miss Queen Kerala 2022. She has also been a part of numerous pageants and beauty contests as well.

Lachu Gram(Aishwarya Suresh)

A former contestant on Super Dancer Junior, Aishwarya Suresh had also starred in Thinkalazhcha Nichayam. The actress also enjoys a huge fan following on social media.

Vishnu Joshi

The fitness model regularly wows fans with his fitness videos on social media.

Angeline Mariya

The actress, perhaps best known for her role in Nalla Samayam, Angeline is also a biker and a model as well.

Rinosh George

The actor and musician is perhaps best known for his song ‘Im a Mallu’.

Akhil Marar

Akhil Marar is the director of Joju George and Aju Varghese starrer Oru Thathvika Avalokanam.

Gopika

In an unprecedented move,a member of the general public was also chosen to be a contestant in the house. The contestant was chosen through a contest, called the Bigg Boss Common man contest, organised by one of the sponsors of the reality show. Gopika was declared the winner of the contest and the representative of the public, and entered the house with the rest of the contestants.

The actor is popular for his roles in television and films.
