Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10 got underway exactly a week ago with 17 new contestants entering the house to try their luck. As usual, the panel includes contestants from all walks of life who must submit themselves to the assignment of not only winning the trust & confidence of their housemates but also the periodic tasks that come their way.
Over the past week, one saw Snehith Gowda being selected as the first house captain of the season and alongside, the new lot of contestants were found slowly warming up to the Bigg Boss culture. Also, keeping the tradition alive, Season 10's maiden nomination process had eight of the 17 contestants nominated with Varthur Santhosh, Neethu Vanajakshi, Drone Prathap, Tanisha Kuppanda, Karthik Mahesh, Snake Shyam and Siri up for elimination.
Who will exit Bigg Boss Kannada Season 10?
And before we realize it, the first week inside the Bigg Boss Kannada house on Season 10 has almost come to an end with the all-important elimination episode expected to air on Sunday, October 15. Sudeep, who took centre stage on Saturday for the weekly 'Panchayath' session, will resume his duties the following day and all eyes are currently on the name of the contestant who will exit the show in its very first week.
Although there is no formal update on this yet, it's already emerged on social media that Snake Shyam has been evicted from the show. The 56-year-old snake enthusiast and conservationist has been unassuming at best so far and it is safe to say that he has yet to forge any meaningful bond inside the house, and nor has he made a strong impression so far. So, in that vein, his elimination may not come as a shocker to the viewers but the final answer would be served when the elimination episode airs as promised.
Kiccha Sudeep stands up for Drone Prathap
One of the highlights of the past week has been the unfair treatment that Drone Prathap received from his fellow contestants which, at times, even bordered on bullying. Tukali Santhu was pulled up by Sudeep during the Saturday episode for his behaviour towards Prathap and was even reprimanded for it. As a result, one finds Drone Prathap gaining popularity on social media with several netizens siding with him in this new journey.
