Only days ago, Kannada actor and Bigg Boss Kannada OTT contestant Arjun Ramesh quit the reality show on medical grounds. The actor-politico, who injured his shoulder during a task during his first week in the house, had requested to be allowed to leave during the first panchayat with Sudeep. He was, however, asked to stay back and see if he will get better.
Arjun was receiving treatment and physiotherapy since then, but by the end of the second week, he claimed that he was not getting better. He was then allowed to leave the show. Since then, though, he has been making public appearances, prompting fans to wonder if his ‘exit on medical grounds’ allowed him to be back in time to promote his release this week, Koutilya. In fact, during one of his first interviews since coming out of the house, Arjun had claimed that he was asked to rest his arm as far as possible for it to get better. The actor had been sporting a sling to support his arm since the injury.
This morning, though, at a press meet to promote his film, which will be in theatres on Friday, Arjun’s sling was mysteriously missing and it seemed that his arm was ‘healed’ after all. Given how much he used to cry about his injury while in the house, this quick return to health was quite surprising. Arjun’s mystery and ‘quick recovery’ as soon as he was back home was reminiscent of a time when Bigg Boss Kannada host and superstar Sudeep had sported a cast on his arm, following a supposed crack in his elbow. However, within five days, the actor had removed the cast and was back on the field, representing his team at the Celebrity Cricket League. At the time, it was reported that the star had sought alternative therapy, which set his bone back correctly.
