A few days ago, Bigg Boss 7 Telugu winner Pallavi Prashanth was arrested in connection with causing damage to public property after the grand finale of the reality TV show. The cops arrested Prashanth at his hometown in Gadvel and presented him before the court. The Nampallay court in Hyderabad has remanded Prashanth to 14 days of jail custody.

This arrest of a poor farmer who won the Bigg Boss title has not gone well with many. Most of the contestants have come in support of Pallavi Prashanth. Celebrities like Shivaji, Yawar, and a few others have made videos to request the cops release Prashanth as soon as possible.

A few other celebs have also requested Nagarjuna, the host of the show, to help Prashanth in this matter, as he has no support or backing in the industry. A few lawyers from Telangana have come in support of Prashanth but since he is already in jail, we need to see what the likes of Nagarjuna will do now.

Pallavi Prashanth won the seventh season of Bigg Boss Telugu and made headlines right after. His fans came in huge numbers, destroyed public property, and even caused damage to the vehicles of the other housemates after the grand finale.

Even after the cops requested he leave the premises of Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad, Prashanth ignored them and continued with his rally, causing traffic jams, and damage to public property. That is the reason he was sent to jail. This is the first time that something like this has happened.
