Bigg Boss 7 Telugu: Highlights of the launch episode, biggest twist, and the ones who impressed

Bigg Boss is one of the most popular shows in Telugu television and whenever it is aired, new TRP records are created. Well, the seventh season was kick-started yesterday on Star Maa. Akkineni Nagarjuna returned as a host and started the proceedings with a ban g. As the makers were promoting that this season would be ulta-pulta, the same happened and shocked the contestants and audience big time. Let's look at the highlights of the launch episode.

Dressed in a stylish black suit, Nagarjuna made a rocking entry dancing to one of his popular songs. Generally, Nagarjuna kicks off the show with a house tour but that did not happen yesterday. The house also looked different and did not have much furniture. 

This gave the idea that the makers had planned something very different this season and the celebs would work hard to utilize the house in a proper manner. On the other hand, Nagarjuna only introduced 14 celebs instead of the regular 21. This gave an idea that the rest of them would be introduced in a special manner. 

Final list of contestants in Bigg Boss 7 Telugu 

One of the biggest twists of the launch episode is Nagarjuna offering Rs 35 lakhs to five contestants. He tempted them with a briefcase full of money and said one can take it and leave the house. But all five celebs rejected the offer. The other special aspect of the show was when actors Vijay Deverakonda and Naveen Polishetty came in to promote their films Kushi and Miss Polishetty Mr. Polishetty respectively.

Last but not least the biggest twist is when Nagarjuna revealed to the existing celebs that they are not housemates yet and are only contestants. He added that one has to go through a series of tasks to be on the final list of celebs. This created a shock factor among the celebs. 

Finally, the list we revealed yesterday was on point and the ones that caught the attention of many were actor Sivaji, flood blogger Tasty Teja, and temperamental choreographer Aata Sandeep.
