Ekta Kapoor replaced Salman Khan on Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar’s Friday episode. She was here for many reasons, but the highlight of the episode happened to be her proving that Sara Arfeen Khan, who got violent with Vivian Dsena over being thrown out as Time God, did so because she wanted to save herself from evictions. After some resistance, Sara did somewhere accept the same. Here are some other things which unfolded tonight on Bigg Boss 18 (available for streaming on JioCinema via OTTplay Premium)…
All the women cast to become Naagin for Ekta Kapoor. She gives men like Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal also a chance before deciding on Sara Arfeen Khan as the next Naagin.
Vivian and Rajat were the most popular even this week, thus leading to a task where they compete. Here, the contestants have to pick who is better in the game. Vivian won, and Rajat ended up stating that since Vivian is in power, the housemates can bootlick him.
Ekta states that she likes Vivian as a person, but what if he is established? She questions why Vivian runs away from conversations and suggests that he keep his point at the very moment.
Ekta took Rajat's case by stating that he has very contrasting stands. While Rajat fights if women are disrespected, he also hurls abuses using women references (mother, sister). With that, Ekta gave him a warning that he would get a good explanation from her in the house if she took her father's name (Ekta was referring to her giving him a good beating if he went on family members).
Ekta Kapoor talks to Chaahat Pandey about how she misuses the women card. Ekta talks about how while women are fighting for equality, asking for special treatment is defying the purpose. Throughout the episode, Ekta used sarcasm to explain to Chaahat that she should not use the women card the way she does.
Ekta Kapoor manages to prove that Sara Arfeen Khan played the game owing to nominations. After resisting, Sara does agree that she decided not to feel like a victim but play the game. With that, Ekta Kapoor bids goodbye to the episode and sets the stage for Rohit Shetty to take over on Saturday’s Bigg Boss 18 Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
