Filmmaker Farah Khan has taken up hosting duties for Bigg Boss 18's Weekend Ka Vaar in Salman Khan's absence. Glimpses of Farah's WKW episode are out on social media! In the latest promo shared by the makers, Khan labels the reality show as The Karan Veer Mehra Show. It is because Farah feels contestants target the television actor for almost everything that happens in the house. She further revealed why Karan reminds her of the late Sidharth Shukla.
Farah Khan mentions late Sidharth Shukla on Bigg Boss 18
The promo of Bigg Boss 18 begins with filmmaker Farah Khan mentioning how some contestants only talk about Karan Veer Mehra in the house. The director adds that the contestants b**** about Karan and discuss his matters on the show. She further tells Karan, "Last I saw one contestant get targeted just like this, that was (late) Sidharth Shukla."
While sharing this promo, Colors TV captioned its Instagram post, "Farah Khan ne gharwaalon ko dikhaaya aaina, dekhiye apni safaai ke liye kya hai unka kehena. Dekhiye BiggBoss18 Weekend Ka Vaar, Saturday-Sunday raat 9:30 baje, sirf Colors aur officialjiocinema par (sic)."
In another promo, Farah told Eisha Singh that she is obsessed with Karan Veer Mehra. The filmmaker mentioned that Eisha says she doesn't like Karan but always talks about him. She asked Eisha why she gave the TV actor importance when she hated him. The director told Singh to focus on different matters of the house.

Meanwhile, Bigg Boss 18 is hosted by Salman Khan on Weekend Ka Vaar. The episodes air on weekends at 9:30 pm and weekdays at 10 pm. This week, Karan, Chum Darang, Shilpa Shirodkar, Sara Arfeen Khan, Kashish Kapoor, and Digvijay Rathee are nominated for elimination.
