Hina Khan recently shot for Bigg Boss 18's Weekend Ka Vaar episode. The actress, who was a part of Bigg Boss 11, joined superstar Salman Khan on the BB 18 stage. She had an emotional reunion with the Bigg Boss host. Before the episode's premiere, the Bigg Boss 18 makers dropped several promos featuring Hina. The latest promo highlights Hina giving a reality check to Karan Veer Mehra and his friend Shilpa Shirodkar.

After interacting with Salman Khan on Bigg Boss 18, Hina Khan entered the BB house for an interaction with contestants. The new promo begins with Hina sharing her thoughts about Shilpa Shirodkar nominating Karan Veer Mehra over Vivian Dsena. The television actress said, "Karan when Shilpa nominated you, I felt it was completely off."
She further spoke about Shilpa justifying her decision to nominate Karan. Hina told the senior actress, "You don't nominate your friends." The TV actress further told Karan that he doesn't take a stand for himself on the reality show. She also labeled Karan and Shilpa's bond as 'convenience wali dosti', which is evident to the viewers.
While sharing this promo on Instagram, JioCinema wrote, "Rishton Ki Reality mein Hina ne Karan aur Shilpa ko diya ek reality check. ‘Convenience wali dosti’ ke tag ke baad, kya dono kar payenge ek strong comeback? (sic)."

Hina Khan, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment, revealed how Salman Khan assured her that she would be fine. The actress shared a bunch of photos with Khan from BB 18 on her social media account.
Revealing some details about their meet-up, the TV actress mentioned, "The Effort he made to meet me after his Long n Tiring day of shoot, standing all day doing what he does.. really touched my heart Salman.. He called me and Sat me Down for close to an hour, asked about every little detail of my Treatment and the way he tried to boost my confidence was unlike anything (sic)."
