Bigg Boss 18 grand finale: Elvish Yadav defends his friendship with Rajat Dalal, says 'Khairaat mein thodi...'

The media rounds continue on Bigg Boss 18 right before the grand finale on Sunday, January 19, where one of the finalists will be declared the winner of Salman Khan’s show. It was Elvish Yadav vs the media this time around, and the fight got intense. Elvish ended up defending his friendship with Rajat Dalal during the heated exchange. Here's what happened...

Elvish Yadav says 'Khairaat mein thodi...'

The media accused Elvish Yadav of arranging fan meetings to have an advantage over the other contestants. They accused him of, in a sense, bribing the fans to vote for Rajat. Elvish responded to the media accusations saying, "Toh fans khairaat mein thodi aaye hai? Humse ho paaya, humne kiya arrange. Unse (other contestants’ supporters) ho paaye, woh kar le."

Elvish Yadav questioned if supporting Rajat Dalal will hamper his image

The media told Elvish that Rajat has behaved exactly like his controversies suggested (hot-tempered and almost violent), during his time in the house. Elvish responded to that by stating that everybody has some level of aggression and it is something that the Bigg Boss house demands. He confirmed that is not reason enough for him to break his friendship with Rajat and will continue supporting him.

Rajat Dalal leading the winners' race

As per voting trends, Rajat Dalal has the potential to be declared Bigg Boss 18 winner at the grand finale. Even though Vivian Dsena is racing to be at par with him, Rajat is currently leading with 41% votes. Having a former winner Elvish Yadav and his Elvish Army's support has definitely helped Rajat, but can it make him the winner? Stay tuned to find out.
