Avinash Mishra refuses to co-operate with Alice Kaushik. He simply tells her that he cannot deal with the same things on repeats, and heads off to his bed.

Eisha Singh calls Avinash's attitude wrong. He states his attitude would be the very same no matter what.

Eisha asks Avinash to talk to Alice sweetly, and he asks her not to. Alice, too, asks Avinash to not come to her the next time around.

Eisha Singh was upset with Alice Kaushik in the previous episode

In the previous Bigg Boss 18 episode, Eisha Singh was upset with Alice Kaushik. She asked Alice to clear out her area. Eisha even cribbed to Avinash that Eisha would not clear out her ORS. Alice felt unwell and thus, she took her time to clear things out. Eventually, Eisha and Avinash discussed the very thing. He also stated that he is tired of seeing how she lives.
