Bigg Boss 17 – Vicky Jain fiercely defends his slap gesture on Ankita Lokhande, says ‘we don’t even have to revisit’

Vicky Jain and Ankita Lokhande were seen fighting almost all the time in the Bigg Boss 17 house. While Ankita has kicked him and thrown slippers at her husband (which already is a controversy), Vicky ended up making a slap gesture towards Ankita. Vicky has now spoken on the matter and defended his gesture fiercely in an interview.

In his interview with Pinkvilla, he said that the gesture might come across as harsh but it is ‘not there in his system to react like that.’ He then pointed out how he had big fights with many contestants but never used physical violence. “I have always been in charge of my emotions, and I have proved it many times,” he said.

“We don’t even have to revisit”

Vicky said that the gesture meant nothing and Ankita knows that too. “We are so strong with our things (our bond), we know that whatever we said in the circumstances that we were in, we don’t even have to revisit and clarify to each other,” he added. Vicky then went on to claim that it is their strong relationship that allows them to act a certain way and be individual in their approach. He called the incident an argument and nothing more than that.

The incident

Like the many times they had on the show before, Vicky and Ankita were arguing in the bedroom. They were lying down on their bed and having their argument while Abhishek Kumar and Arun Maseshetty were in the same room. As things got heated, Vicky raised his hand, made a face and charged towards Ankita. Abhishek and Arun pointed it out and the matter became one of the most discussed among netizens, when it came to Vicky-Ankita.

Vicky and Ankita’s gestures did not go down well with his mom. Her appearances on the show stirred up a controversy every single time. Vicky promised to sort the matter and it appears that things have calmed down. After Ankita got out as the third runner-up at the grand finale of the show, Vicky shared a post praising his wife.
