As tensions flared, the situation reached a point where Abhishek Kumar was observed slapping Samarth Jurel. While the makers of the show are yet to announce a concrete punishment for Abhishek, the latest promotional video of the show sees Isha Malviya blaming Samarth Jurel for provoking Abhishek Kumar 'too much'.

As per the latest promotional video of Bigg Boss Season 17, Isha Malviya can be seen expressing her views to Mannara Chopra about the slap incident. Later, Samarth Jurel joined the conversation. During the talk, Isha accused Samarth of poking Abhishek ‘too much’.
Isha told Samarth, “Aaj jo tune uski halat kardi na poke kar kar ke...He (Abhishek) is crying now. Aap poking ke Shahenshah ho.” (Look at what you have done to him.... He is crying now. You are the King of Poking.)
Samarth replies, “Agar app meri girlfriend ho kar mere saath nahi ho toh kisi ke saath nahi ho. (If you can’t support me despite being my girlfriend then, I think you can’t be with anyone.)”

What exactly happened?
In recent days, Abhishek and Isha have been engaging in heated arguments. The situation escalated when Samarth informed Abhishek that he had discontinued his mental treatment halfway. Additionally, Isha and Samarth mocked Abhishek for his claustrophobia, making the situation even more contentious.
A week ago, Abhishek revealed his claustrophobia, sparking discussions in the house. Ankita Lokhande shared with Ayesha Khan that she believes Abhishek doesn't truly understand what claustrophobia entails. She went on to mention that her former boyfriend, late actor Sushant Singh Rajput had claustrophobia, implying that Abhishek might be fabricating his condition. Only time will tell where the truth lies.
