Elvish could also be the first winner to participate in and compete for another show. He could have picked up the Bigg Boss OTT 2 trophy but might still participate on Bigg Boss 17.

Elvish hinted at participating in Bigg Boss 17 in one of his videos. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner took the video with his friend. In the clip, he left a hint about Bigg Boss 17. Elvish said that either he or his friend could be a part of Salman Khan’s TV show. He however ensured that his fans knew that the makers want a YouTuber this time. This, he reveals, is because the makers had fun with Elvish, Abhishek Malhan and Manisha Rani on Bigg Boss OTT 2. “Ek hint ya clue ya surprise dedu kya? Ki kya Bigg Boss 17 hum hai? Yeh hai (indicating towards his friend), mai hu ya hum mein se koi ho sakta hai,” he was heard saying in the video.

The clip did not end there. Elvish further revealed what would he actually do if he is approached for Bigg Boss 17. The winner then answered that it is actually the public who will make the final decision for him. He then asked his fans where they want to see him on Bigg Boss 17 or another show.

Bigg Boss OTT 2 was going ahead at its own pace, till Elvish Yadav made his entry as the wild card contestant on the Salman Khan-hosted show. Ever since, his fans could not stop spreading the love and Elvish’s fanbase grew. He then reached the finale stage and was competing with a co-competitor Abhishek Malhan for the trophy. Abhishek, who was still recovering from an illness, stood on one side of Salman while Elvish stood on the other side. After a little tease, Salman announced that Elvish is the winner of the show.
