Bigg Boss 17, Day 8 Written Update, 23rd Oct: Munawar Faruqui grabs the limelight, Ankita Lokhande-Vicky Jain in spotlight too

A week later, Bigg Boss 17 is seeing some people becoming targets and the others targetting them. Somehow, Munawar is on the list of neither but still manages to steal the spotlight on day eight. From his fights with KhanZaadi and Abhishek Kumar to bonding with Mannara Chopra to sharing a precious moment with Anurag Dobhal, Munawar was constantly in news. Apart from him, Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain took some spotlight by leaving fans in speculation as to whether the show will separate them in real life too. KhanZaadi vs Munawar Faruqui in the morning

KhanZaadi and Munawar Faruqui are at it early in the morning. They pick on each other even while brushing their teeth. This happens in front of Tehelka aka Sunny Arya. Soon after, Munawar jumps into the pool , an unexpected move, stating that he would rather jump into the pool than talk to KhanZaadi.

Munawar upset with Abhishek Dobiyal

Munawar, upset with Abhishek, sits in a corner quietly. When Vicky Jain confronts him, Munawar says that Abhishek did very wrong with him. He promised to talk to Vicky on the matter in length later on. Munawar is then heard talking to Navid about Abhishek being two-faced and how that has hurt him because he thought they could be friends.

Bigg Boss schools Anurag

After hearing Anurag complain about the couples in the house, among the many things, Bigg Boss started to school Anurag. He told the YouTuber about how his fans would also not like this side of him.

Soon, the housemates console Anurag, who cries remembering his mother back home. Seeing him, Munawar is also in tears.

Munawar misses his little boy

Munawar talks to Neil Bhatt about his five-year-old son . He reveals that his ex-wife is now remarried and he got the custody of his son. He connected with his little boy four months back and remembers his own mother, who he lost in an unfortunate situation. Munawar and UK07 then give each other a hug and cry .

Munawar-Mannara’s rap

Mannara prepares a rap song for Munawar . She sings the same and Munawar adds in. The two end it by saying Bigg Boss has a vibe.

Ankita mimics KhanZaadi

While talking about duties, Ankita mimics KhanZaadi in front of her. She then screams that everybody has to perform their duties and then KhanZaadi says she will cook her own food.

Abhishek Kumar upset with Munawar

Abhishek was heard saying that the budget of his show is more than what he makes in one show. He lost his calm and asked Munawar not to mock him.

Ankita Lokhande vs Vicky Jain

Ankita loses it on Vicky once again. She refuses to talk to him again. Meanwhile, Vicky discusses the game and further steps with Isha Malviya away from Ankita.

Ankita says that she’s not happy with him as a husband and that he has started ignoring her. She feels that he is not hers anymore, this is especially because he is talking to Isha more than her. Later at night, Vicky leaves the bed to let Ankita be by herself. They argue before trying to sort things out. Vicky’s tone rises as he sets clear boundaries. This left Ankita in tears. The couple finally sorts out their issues with a hug.

Neil Bhatt loses his calm

Neil lost his calm once again as nobody even tried to listen to him. He is upset because nobody picks up their plate after eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Abhishek vs Arun

Arun Srikanth once again tried to talk to Abhishek about tasks and Abhishek loses his calm again. Arun feels Abhishek is trying to get footage. Tehelka comes in Arun’s support and starts arguing with Abhishek, thus turning it into a déjà vu moment. Thanks to that, Bigg Boss asks contestants not to have a one-on-one with Abhishek.

Munawar-Mannara share same meaning of their name

Ankita revealed that Mannara means shining light. Mannara explained it is shining light but in Chinese. Munawar then went on to add that his name also meant the same thing. He said that Munawar means light. Just as they discuss the same, Ankita jokes Bigg Boss brought the brother-sister together.
