Bigg Boss 17: Ankita Lokhande reveals the main reason to participate in the Salman Khan hosted show

Actress Ankita Lokhande needs absolutely no introduction. Those who have seen her in many TV serials still swear by her dedication that she had exhibited towards her roles in serials like Pavitra Rishta etc..., so much so that it is remembered even today. The latest update about the actress is that she is now one of the contestants in the much-talked about reality show ‘Bigg Boss 17’.

Ankita Lokhande reveals the reason for her participation
In a recent interview with ETimes, Ankita Lokhande revealed that it was actually her husband Vicky Jain who had encouraged her to take part in the reality show and that she has not gone to the show to set any kind of image about her. She added that she has been watching Bigg Boss for many years now, and it was only this year, when she decided to give it a shot as a contestant. She also added that, when she got an opportunity to work with her husband, she had no reason to say no to participating in the show.

Amidst all this, Ankita Lokhande also spoke about her mother who, she said, was a bit scared about her participation in the show because of her upfront nature. In the same breath, Ankita added that she will make her mother proud. As for her nature, she said that, even though many people feel that she was dominating, the fact remained that she was not at all a dominating person. On the contrary, she happens to be a soft-hearted natured person, which, she felt, everyone will get to see through the show.

Does Akita Lokhande talk to everyone?
She also added that she would like to talk to people with whom she feels a connection with that person and that’s why she doesn’t go around giving suggestions to everyone. She also added that she and her husband Vicky Jain are not on ‘Bigg Boss’ to give any test of their love.

WHAT! Is it true that she was carrying a truckload of clothes inside the house?
While addressing the by-now-viral rumours about the staggering number of clothes that she had been reportedly carrying inside the Bigg Boss house, she said she was taking inside clothes for the next 15-20 days only and that, if the need be, she may even repeat the clothes. She would only want to get dressed up for ‘Weekend Kaa Waar’.
