He has entered the house and made history as the first Korean to enter an Indian, especially a Hindi reality show. Settled in India

After gaining popularity in India, Aoora has now settle in the country. While making his entry on the show, Aoora revealed that he is living in Mumbai. He is often heard calling India his second home and that is the case because it actually is. Aoora travels between Mumbai and Korea quite often.

Went viral on social media recently

Aoora went viral on social media after his recent performance in India. He was in Mathura when he sang Woh Kisna Hai from Subhash Ghai’s film Kisna. Seeing the combination, the internet could not help but fall in love. Thus, the video went viral on the internet and that is when Aoora gained peak popularity in India.

His original name and bands he’s been a part of

Aoora is Park Min-jun’s stage name. He was in the Korean boy band named Double-A. Unfortunately, the group fell apart in 2015. Aoora had then continued his journey with Hoik but went his own way after his contract with the band ended in March 2016. However, Aoora made his solo debut in 2014 itself with Body Part.

What brought him to India

In 2022, Aoora created a mashup of Salman Khan’s song Swag Se Swagat. The video garnered over million views and it was the first time when Aoora got introduced to India. In 2023, he participated in the celebrations of 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and South Korea. That is when the video of him singing Hindi songs went viral. Now, Aoora has gained a massive fandom in India and they call themselves Aurians.
