Bigg Boss 16 December 28 Written Update: Shalin Bhanot throws chairs after Archana Gautam irks him

The day starts out with a fight between Archana Gautam and Vikkas Manaktala over tasks in the kitchen. They begin to compete for each other's jobs. Salman Khan claims that Archana is someone who sells her votes, but she claims that he has long been a dubbing artist for him. Archana is irritated when Vikkas tells him, "Don't bark like a dog," to which she is replying, "Go tell your dad this." Archana becomes enraged and declares, "Do not talk about my father. You cannot even become a father." They both begin personal attacks against one another.

After a while, when Shalin Bhanot begins to serve him food, Archana mockingly makes an effort to be courteous and requests that he eat a bit less. He eats a tiny bit of food and then sits down at the table. Archana begins ranting about how everyone will suffer because she ate less last night. This bothers Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, who says that she can't eat food that she makes because she is a sad person. She is joined by Tina Datta, who declares that they will prepare their own food.

Shalin enters the kitchen in the midst of this and requests that the captain, Shiv Thakare, take care of these matters so that he can eat in peace and respect. He also yells at Archana because she taunts him nonstop with derogatory remarks. Shalin exits the house and begins throwing chairs at the ground out of rage. He gestures toward one of the cameras and begs Bigg Boss to let him leave the broadcast and invite him into the confessional because Priyanka is acting inappropriately by bringing up Shalin's mother during the dispute.

Inside the house, two different groups start to form. Shalin's earlier overreaction is discussed by Sajid Khan, Shiv, and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, while Priyanka and Sreejita De criticise Archana and advise Shalin to control his anger because it will negatively affect him.

After the whole ordeal, Soundarya Sharma, Sreejita, Abdu Rozik, and Shiv have a humorous discussion about kissing around two in the morning. By placing their hands on each other's lips, the two girls simulate a kiss. Then, as Shiv and Abdu holler in astonishment, they both kiss each other to demonstrate the second method of kissing.

The next day, people start talking about the tense events of the night before in a casual way. Priyanka vs. Shalin is the main topic of discussion among all the housemates. Mahim returns from her morning walk and enters the house. Tina takes her away and begins to chat with her about how depressed she is.

Shiv tells Archana that she will now only need to prepare food for a smaller group of people, and Nimrit will assist her in the kitchen. Sreejita and Soundarya then tease Abdu and Shiv and hint at their kiss from the previous night.

Vikkas is seen by Archana doing dishes in the kitchen. She goes up to him and apologizes for whatever she said during their fight, but he doesn't want to talk about it any more. In a private talk with Shalin, Priyanka promises to get married as soon as she leaves the Bigg Boss 16 house. She further claims that since Ankit Gupta left, she doesn't feel like moving or doing anything.

In the evening, Bigg Boss surprises the contestants by telling them that Tresseme will give everyone in the house a special hair treatment while they get ready for a party. They all like hearing a love song and getting to dance in the garden after getting everything set for the celebration. After that, they all dance to "Baby Ko Bass Pasand Hai" from Sultan, a movie starring Salman Khan. During the dance session, Shalin and Tina become even more intimate and cosy.
