Bhoot Police quirky motion poster out: Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor go on ghost-hunting spree

On Saif Ali Khan's birthday, the makers of Bhoot Police unveiled a new motion poster from the film. The horror-comedy features Saif and Arjun Kapoor as onscreen brothers and also ghostbusters. In the poster, the actors featured in a roller-coaster ride while gearing up to hunt down the ghosts. Bhoot Police also stars Jacqueline Fernandez Yami Gautam and Javed Jafri in pivotal roles.

While sharing the quirky motion poster, Arjun captioned it as "Bajega bhooto ka band, jab aayenge Vibhooti and Chiraunji."

The trailer for Bhoot Police is dropping on Wednesday (August 18), while the film is releasing on September 17, 2021, on Disney+ Hotstar.

Directed by Pavan Kirpalani, the producers of the adventure horror comedy are Ramesh Taurani, Akshai Puri while it's co-produced by Jaya Taurani.

Earlier, while talking about Bhoot Police's OTT release, a source had told Bollywood Hungama, "The satellite and digital rights of Bhoot Police have been sold to Star Network for a sum in the range of Rs. 60 to 65 crores as compared to the budget of Rs 40 crores. With this deal, the producer, Ramesh Taurani, has made an easy table profit in the range of Rs. 20 to 25 crore with some more income expected from the sale or exploitation of music and other rights."

This is the first time, Saif and Arjun are sharing the screen space in the film. Bhoot Police has been extensively shot in multiple areas of Himachal Pradesh namely Dalhousie, Palampur and Dharamshala in 2020.

The film marks Arjun's second OTT release after Sardar Ka Grandson while Saif has become a known face on digital platforms after Sacred Games and Tandav.

Moreover, Bhoot Police is also the first OTT outing of Jacqueline and the second for Yami.
