Celebrating his birthday, Balaji Telefilms revealed Jisshu's inclusion in Bhoot Bhangla with an exciting post. Known for his versatility, Jisshu’s presence adds more intrigue to the film. With Priyadarshan’s signature comedy, Akshay Kumar’s impeccable timing, and an ensemble cast, Bhoot Bhangla promises to be a thrilling entertainer. The film brings together comedy icons Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Rajpal Yadav, who have previously collaborated with Priyadarshan in classics like Garam Masala, Bhagam Bhag, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, De Dana Dan, and Khatta Meetha. However, this time, Bhoot Bhangla also marks the return of another comedy legend, Asrani, reuniting with Priyadarshan after a long time. Given their history of delivering some of the most memorable comedy films, this ensemble promises yet another magical cinematic experience.
Jisshu Sengupta will be seen alongside a stellar cast, including Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Mithila Palkar, and Wamiqa Gabbi, making the film even grander. Directed by Priyadarshan, Bhoot Bhangla is produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R. Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms, along with Akshay Kumar’s production house, Cape of Good Films. The film is co-produced by Faara Sheikh and Vedant Baali.
The story is penned by Akash A. Kaushik, while the screenplay is written by Rohan Shankar, Abilash Nair, and Priyadarshan. The dialogues are by Rohan Shankar.
