Bheeshma Parvam teaser: Mammootty fabulously dons the avatar of a fierce, formidable gangster

Bheeshma Parvam certainly offers Mammootty fans a lot to look forward to. Not only does the upcoming film sees the seasoned star take on the role of an imposing gangster, shown in his intriguing first look, eliciting positive responses all around, it also features his long-awaited collaboration with Amal Neerad, after a span of more than a decade. As promised, the makers of the highly anticipated film have unveiled its teaser today, and it is a treat for Mammootty fans from start to finish.

The teaser gives viewers a much closer look into the star’s gangster persona, named Michael. From his mass entertaining, slow-motion entry to his majestic close-ups to the formidable display of his fighting skills, the teaser shows Michael as someone that equally inspires fear and awe. A dialogue by the star himself towards the end of the clip just seals the deal.

The film revolves around the story of Michael, a former gangster, who is forced to go back to his old ways when his family is threatened by people he used to work with. In addition to Mammooty starring in the lead, the film also features Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Nadiya Moidu, Veena Nandakumar, Shine Tom Chacko, Dileesh Pothen, Nedumudi Venu, Jinu Joseph, Sudev Nair, Shebin Benson, Srinda and Anasuya Bharadwaj.

The upcoming film’s script has been penned by director Neerad, along with Devduth Shaji. The film will mark Neerad’s most recent collaboration with Mammootty. The pair had previously worked on films such as Black (2004) and Big B (2007).

Bheeshma Parvam will be released in theatres on March 3, 2022.
