Bheemla Nayak set arrive on February 25, what happens to Ghani, Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu?

On the day when Sharwanand's Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu, Varun Tej's Ghani confirmed their release on February 25, many believed that Bheemla Nayak was aiming for a summer theatrical slot. Just when the teams of Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu and Ghani would've breathed a sigh of relief, Sithara Entertainments made a late-night announcement that Bheemla Nayak was indeed arriving on February 25. 

This move is certain to upset the calculations of many producers, starting with those of Ghani, Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu. It's not been smoothsailing for Ghani and its release for a long time now - over three release dates in November, December 2021 and it had to be deferred for miscellaneous reasons. 

Ghani team shortlisted March 2022 as a possible option and after several negotiations with producers, came up with February 25 and even made an announcement earlier in the day yesterday. All said and done, it's highly unlikely that two actors from the same family to have a simultaneous release on the same day and Ghani is certain to get pushed further.

Aadavallu Meeku Johaarlu, in all likelihood, is expected to arrive on February 25. Unlike Bheemla Nayak, the Sharwanand starrer is a family entertainer and the genre is expected to have its loyal audience base. The presence of names like Rashmika, composer Devi Sri Prasad, actors like Radhika Sarathkumar, Khushbu, Urvashi make it a minimum-guarantee fare at the box office.
