After the much wait, there is some great news for all the fans of the Varun Dhawan- Kirti Sanon starrer ‘Bhediya’. And, the news is that, the film will now be streamed on OTT platform. The platform on which ‘Bhediya’ will be streamed is JioCinema. The date for which many of the Varun Dhawan- Kirti Sanon fans were eagerly waiting for is May 26 this year. It will be on this day that the film 'Bhediya’ will be having its World Digital Premiere. Well, the good news just does not end there. As per a tweet by Jio Cinema, the film ‘Bhediya’ will be streamed for free on the OTT platform.

Jio Cinema posted the poster of ‘Bhediya’, which has Varun Dhawan in his trademark pose. They had captioned the post stating, ‘Get ready for a howl-arious adventure. Cuz Bhediya is coming on #JioCinema. Watch #BhediyaOnJioCinema, streaming free from 26 May’. The same was ‘announced’ by Varun Dhawan as well on social media. In his Instagram Stories, Varun Dhawan had posted the film’s poster announcing the release date of the film on OTT. To complement the announcement, he had even added the theme song of ‘Bhediya’ by the music al duo Sachin-Jigar.
For those who have not got a chance to watch the film in theatres, well… here is your chance to relive the ‘Bhediya’ experience. In a nutshell, the film is about Bhaskar (played by Varun Dhawan). Life is smooth sailing for this young man…only till the time he finds himself in various situations, after he gets bitten by a wolf in the deep dense forests of Arunachal. Post the wolf-bite, Bhaskar’s transformation into a werewolf begins. What happens after that and how it affects and has its effects on his near and dear one is what forms the rest of the film.
'Bhediya', which was presented by Jio Studios & Dinesh Vijan, was directed by Amar Kaushik. Besides Varun Dhawan, the film also stars Kriti Sanon as the leading lady, while Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal in important roles. The film was a Maddock Films' production.
