Manthan (ZEE5)

Manthan is about a veterinarian who starts a dairy cooperative in a small village in Gujarat. The film is a fictional account of the dairy cooperative movement that transformed India into a leading milk producer. A veterinarian, Dr. Rao (Girish Karnad), visits a village in Gujarat to start a dairy cooperative but the wealthy businessman Mishraji (Amrish Puri) and the Sarpanch (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) are not in support of the idea. However, Dr. Rao succeeds in making the villagers self-reliant with the help of Bindu (Smita Patil) and Bhola (Naseeruddin Shah).

Rocket Boys is a web series about the lives of Indian physicists Dr. Homi J. Bhabha and Dr. Vikram Sarabhai. Abdul Kalam, who pioneered modern Indian aerospace and nuclear technology. Rockey Boys also explores the political pressure, disagreements, and struggles faced by the scientists.
Freedom At Midnight (SonyLIV)

The series is a historical drama series that focuses on the turbulent events leading up to India's independence, particularly the partition of India and Pakistan. It includes a stellar cast including Sidhant Gupta as Jawaharlal Nehru, Chirag Vohra as Mahatma Gandhi, Rajendra Chawla as Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Arif Zakaria as Muhammad Ali Jinnah, and Luke McGibney as Lord Mountbatten. Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran is a movie based on the true story of India's nuclear bomb tests conducted at Pokhran in 1998. John Abraham as Captain Ashwat Raina, is a fictional character, an Indian intelligence officer who pushes for nuclear tests as a response to growing threats, alongside Diana Penty and Boman Irani in key roles. The plot revolves around the challenges the team faces as they prepare for and execute covert operations under international scrutiny.
