Berlin gets OTT release on ZEE5

The streaming platform dropped Berlin's poster on its official Instagram handle. The poster features the film's main star cast: Aparshakti Khurana, Rahul Bose and Ishwak Singh. Skipping a theatrical release, Berlin will premiere soon on ZEE5. If you haven't seen the new poster, check it out right below:

The caption to the streamer's post read, "Internationally praised, lauded, and celebrated at esteemed film festivals, Berlin has finally found its home on ZEE5! Berlin coming soon, only on ZEE5 (sic)." Apart from the above-mentioned actors, the film's star cast includes Kabir Bedi, Anupriya Goenka and others.

In Berlin, Aparshakti plays the character of a sign language expert, Pushkin. Earlier, while talking about the film, Khurana told PTI, "It was a very alien world, but it was so beautiful. There's so much to be communicated through the eyes and in sign language, it becomes even more important. The beauty of this language is that it has a more organic approach towards life."

Ishwak Singh talks about his character

As for Ishwak, he plays the character of Ashok, a speech and hearing-impaired man. Singh told the news agency that it was tough for him to play this part. "The structure of sign language is different from the spoken language so it was a big challenge," he added.
