ZEE5 dropped a new promo of Berlin featuring Aparshakti Khurana as Pushkin Verma. The promo highlights Pushkin decoding what Ashok Kumar (played by Ishwak Singh) says during the investigation. Ashok is accused of being a foreign spy. The promo also features Pushkin caught amid a web of lies and deceit.
Verma also faces threats and gets tortured in the film. It is suspected that he is working for both Wing and Bureau. However, the truth will unravel on September 13, 2024. While sharing the promo on Instagram, the streamer wrote, "Pushing his luck to the limit, will Pushkin Verma make it out of this investigation unharmed? Berlin premieres 13th September, only on ZEE5 (sic)."
Speaking about playing a sign-language expert in Berlin, Aparshakti told ANI, "Sign language is something you must have rarely seen someone doing. Hence it became a difficult thing to acquire. At the same time, it was a responsibility, because we are representing a community which deserves all that love and respect in the society."
Produced by Zee Studios and Yippee Ki Yay Motion Pictures, Berlin also stars Anupriya Goenka and Kabir Bedi in pivotal roles. The film will be available for streaming on ZEE5 on September 13. You can also watch it with your OTTplay Premium subscription.
