Benedict Cumberbatch reprises his role as Doctor Strange in the Tom Holland starring superhero film.

The teaser trailer of Spider-Man: No Way Home has sent the Internet into meltdown since the time Marvel unveiled it. Featuring Tom Holland reprising his role as the MCU superhero, the film gets deeper into the world of the multiverse. Benedict Cumberbatch also stars in the film once again playing the role of Doctor Strange and during a recent interaction, the actor spoke at length about the upcoming film.
The Sherlock star told Variety, "I think this is the most ambitious standalone superhero film ever made until Doctor Strange 2 (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness) comes out."
Although the trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home was leaked a day early, the official trailer garnered the maximum views globally within 24 hours. The trailer has got 355.5 million views surpassing the views of Avengers: Endgame back in 2019.
Interestingly, Alfred Molina will be reprising his role as Otto Octavius aka Doctor Octopus from Spider-Man 2 which was released in 2002.
Talking about his role and how he had to keep it a secret, the veteran actor had told the international publication, "When we were shooting it, we were all under orders not to talk about it, because it was supposed to be some great big secret."
Moreover, Jamie Foxx will also be featuring his Max Dillon aka Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 which hit the screens in 2014.
Spider-Man: No Way Home also features Zendaya reprising his role as MJ and Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds.
The film is the third instalment in the Spider-Man franchise after Spider-Man: Homecoming and Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Meanwhile, Tom has been a part of several MCU films namely Captain America: Civil War, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame and Spider-Man: Far From Home.
