P Vasu-directed Chandramukhi 2, starring Kangana Ranaut and Raghava Lawrence, will be available to stream on Netflix from October 26

Kangana Ranaut and Raghava Lawrence’s movie Chandramukhi 2 hit the theatres on September 28, and now the horror comedy is ready for its OTT release. Netflix has announced the release date for Chandramukhi 2 on its social media handles. The streaming platform shared a movie poster with the caption, “Get ready for some screams because Chandramukhi is coming to thrill us! Chandramukhi 2 will be available for streaming on October 26th on Netflix in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi!”. The movie is a sequel to the 2005 psychological horror film Chandramukhi, starring Rajinikanth and Jyothika.

Vasant Ravi starrer Tamil psychological horror film Asvins is directed by Tarun Teja. The film revolves around a group of vloggers who discover an evil presence while exploring an abandoned British mansion that was once owned by an unknown archaeologist. The film also stars Vimala Raman, alongside Muralidaran, Saraswathi Menon, Udhaya Deep and Simran Pareek in supporting roles. It’s an adaptation of Tarun’s own short film of the same name.
DD Returns

DD Returns or Dare Demon Returns is a Tamil horror comedy, helmed by debutant director S Prem Anand. The film is bankrolled by C Ramesh Kumar, under the banner of RK Entertainment. It has an ensemble cast with Santhanam and Surbhi in the lead roles and Redin Kingsley, Maran and Pradeep Rawat in supporting roles. The plot revolves around a group of friends who hide a bag full of money and jewels in a haunted bungalow to escape from getting caught by the cops. When they try to retrieve the bag, a ghost makes them play a survival game.
Karungaapiyam

Karungaapiyam is a horror thriller film written and directed by Deekay, starring Kajal Aggarwal and Regina Cassandra. The film tells the story of how people’s lives were planned out and everything about the future was written down in the distant past. The film’s music is composed by SN Prasad, in his third collaboration with Deekay after Yaamirukka Bayamey and Kaatteri.
Ghosty

Director Kalyan’s comedy horror film Ghosty was produced by Seed Pictures. It stars Kajal Aggarwal, KS Ravikumar, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley and Urvashi. The film narrates the story of a young woman who follows in her deceased father’s footsteps and becomes a police officer. However, she experiences strange phenomena while attempting to capture a criminal that escaped from her father’s custody 20 years ago.
Pizza 3: The Mummy

Directed by Mohan Govind, starring Ashwin Kakumanu and Pavithrah Marimuthu, Pizza 3: The Mummy marks the third film in the Pizza film series. The sequel revolves around Nalan, who dreams of running his own restaurant, but is tormented by two murders. Kayal, an ambitious developer, investigates the murder and discovers a spirit. Meanwhile, Nalan tries to contact the ghost and investigates the former owner’s flat and discovers untold mysteries.
