Beast, Valimai, Don, FIR: Here's the tentative OTT release details of upcoming Tamil movies

The uncertainty regarding the theatrical release date of a few Tamil movies continues, though speculations are doing the rounds on their tentative dates. The months of February, March and April are going to be a feast for Kollywood movie buffs, with many big ticket projects and much-awaited films set to hit the screens one by one.

Meanwhile, there are unconfirmed reports gathered from a few sources about the OTT premieres of these films. Check out the digital platforms where these projects will be available to stream soon after their theatrical releases. 

Veeramae Vaagai Soodum

OTT platform: Zee5

The movie directed by Thu Pa Saravanan has Vishal playing the lead. Dimple Hayathi plays the female lead in this action flick which has Baburaj, Yogi Babu and Raveena Ravi essaying key roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja is the music director for the film.

FIR

OTT platform: Amazon Prime Video

Vishnu Vishal's thriller, which has Manu Anand at the helm, will release in movie halls on February 11. Reba Monica John, Manjima Mohan and Raiza Wilzon play female leads in the movie which has Gautham Menon essaying the antagonist.    

Valimai

OTT platform: Zee5

The Ajith-starrer, directed by Vinoth, is expected to have a theatrical release on February 24. Directed by H Vinoth, the movie has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Huma Qureshi and Kartikeya Gummakonda will play pivotal roles in the action thriller.

Etharkkum Thunindhavan

OTT platform: Netflix

Pandiraj's family drama has Suriya and Priyanka Arul Mohan playing lead roles. Imman has scored music for the movie which has Sathyaraj, Vinay, Saranya Ponvannan and Soori among others essaying key characters. The movie is likely to hit the screens on March 10 or 11.

Don

OTT platform: Netflix

Sivakarthikeyan's comic caper, which has been directed by Cibi Chakaravarthi, is slated for a theatrical release on March 25. However, this is expected to change soon as RRR is releasing on the same day. Anirudh is the music director for the project which has Priyanka Arul Mohan playing the female lead. 

Beast

OTT platform: Netflix

Nelson Dilipkumar's Beast, starring Vijay in the lead, is expected to hit the screens on April 14. Anirudh is composing music for the action flick which has Pooja Hegde playing the female lead. Selvaraghavan plays one of the antagonists in this most-awaited film.
