The makers of the upcoming Malayalam movie Bazooka have declared that filming is now finished. The movie stars Malayalam megastar Mammootty in the lead role. The makers posted pictures of the production process' conclusion on several social media platforms. The action thriller, which is directed by Deeno Dennis, the son of veteran writer Kaloor Dennis.
In addition to Mammootty, renowned actor-director Gautham Vasudev Menon plays a crucial part in the eagerly awaited project. Soon to be released in theatres, the film stars Jagadish, Sunny Wayne, Shine Tom Chacko, Sharaf Udheen, Divya Pillai, and a host of other actors in supporting parts. Hakkim Shajahan is also playing pivotal roles in this film, which is bankrolled by Anweshippin Kandethum-fame Theatre of Dreams.
Recently, Mammootty’s other highly anticipated film, Turbo’s shooting was wrapped up. The film, which is a full-fledged comedy-action drama directed by Vyshak, is slated to release in theatres in May.
All about Bazooka
Movie buffs are already very interested in the film because of its intriguing plot and outstanding cast of performers. It is a big project in terms of the film's scale, Deeno stated in a previous interview with OTTplay. Numerous artists are featured in the film, which is primarily set in Bengaluru and Kochi. There will be some travel in the movie as well. The director also mentioned that, in addition to its exciting scenes, Bazooka has other captivating components.
Nimish Ravi has helmed the film's cinematography, and Rorschach-fame Midhun Mukundan has composed the soundtracks for this movie. Deeno said that the movie will be a "mass thriller" but he did not give away too much about its plot.
The budding filmmaker had brought up the idea to Mammootty for the first time nearly three years prior. "Mammootty seems to be the most appropriate for this film. I brought the entire scene order to him when I had the chance to present the idea," he added. Deeno stated that he was thrilled about it as soon as he heard about it.
