Starring Mammootty and Gautham Vasudevan Menon, Bazooka is touted to be Mollywood’s first game thriller

The makers of Malayalam superstar Mammootty’s upcoming game thriller film Bazooka are dropping a new update, coinciding with Diwali. The movie - helmed by debutant director Deeno Dennis, who is also the son of legendary writer Kaloor Dennis - is going to share the ‘next level’ of Bazooka tomorrow (November 12) at 5pm. The film also features Kollywood director-turned-actor Gautham Vasudevan Menon.
Mammootty too took to his social media handles to share the new ‘announcement poster’, which featured a car and the title of the film. Fans are thrilled and seem to be eagerly waiting for the new update, which will be shared on the occasion of the ‘festival of lights’.
Bazooka’s cast and crew
Touted to be Malayalam cinema’s first game thriller, Bazooka boasts an ensemble cast, including Mammootty, Gautham, Shine Tom Chacko, Sharaf U Dheen and Divya Pillai. The film’s intriguing storyline, coupled with this talented lineup of actors, has already sparked immense interest among movie enthusiasts.
Bazooka’s cinematography is handled by Nimish Ravi, while editing is done by Nishadh Yusuf, who is known for his work in Thallumaala. Music is by Rorschach composer Midhun Mukundan, with action choreography being taken care of by Stunt Silva.
Mammootty’s upcoming films
Mammootty, who has been basking in the success of his last outing Kannur Squad, will be next seen sharing screen space with Jyothika in upcoming drama Kaathal - The Core, which is helmed by Jeo Baby. The movie is slated to be released on November 23. The actor will also feature in director Vysakh’s next action film Turbo, which is written by celebrated writer Midhun Manuel Thomas.
