Bazooka – Final schedule of Mammootty’s film starts rolling; major updates are out

Bazooka, the highly anticipated upcoming game thriller which stars Mammootty in the lead roles, has been under production for quite some time now. The movie marks the directorial debut of Deeno Dennis, the son of veteran scenarist Kaloor Dennis. Gautham Vasudev Menon, the renowned filmmaker-turned-actor is playing a pivotal role in the movie, which marks his first onscreen collaboration with Mammootty. As per the recent updates, the final schedule of Bazooka is now set to go on floors.

Bazooka final schedule starts rolling

As per the recent updates, the final schedule shooting of Bazooka is currently progressing in Kochi. The sources close to the project have confirmed that director Deeno Dennis and his team members are currently busy filming the portions featuring Gautham Vasudev Menon. Mammootty, on the other hand, has already wrapped up his portions for the film. If the reports are to be believed, the Bazooka team is planning to wrap up the entire shooting of the film mostly by the end of February or the beginning of March 2024. In that case, a major update on the project, along with the official release date, will be revealed very soon.

Roby Varghese Raj joins Bazooka

Interestingly, the technical crew of Bazooka has underwent a major change. Nimish Ravi, the cinematographer of the project, was unable to join the final schedule, as he is currently busy with the filming of another project, in Hyderabad. Instead, the cinematographer Roby Varghese, who recently made his directorial debut with the Mammootty's blockbuster Kannur Squad, has joined the team as the new director of photography. The reports were confirmed after the location stills of the cinematographer-director from the sets of the Deeno Dennis project went viral on social media.

Along with Mammootty and Gautham Vasudev Menon, Bazooka features a stellar star cast including Jagadish, Sidharth Bharathan, Sunny Wayne, Gayathiri Iyer, Shine Tom Chacko, Sharaf U Dheen, Divya Pillai, Neeta Pillai, Iswarya Menon, and others in supporting roles. Midhun Mukundan composes the songs and original score. The project is bankrolled by the popular banner, Yoodle Films.
